The Heatcraft factory in Stone Mountain, GA is hiring!
Earn $18.85 per hour starting base wage with ability to earn more!
Now hiring for a Wirer on first shift (5:00am – 1:30pm).
Under direct supervision, the preson in this position works in a variety of manufacturing jobs as needed.
- Interprets basic wiring diagrams, pictorials, wiring schematics, written and verbal instructions to assemble electrical components and units in a production environment.
- Places components in electric box or unit in accordance with provided documentation.
- Reconciles pick list to work order and kit parts.
Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Able to identify electrical components.
- Developing ability to read and interpret basic electrical diagrams and components.
- Developing skills with wire gauges, electrical connectors, terminals, tape measure, squares, hand tools and electrical tools.
- Frequently moves and positions equipment up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary position.
