Job Description
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Under limited supervision, provides general administrative support to the Stuttgart Plant Manager and Stuttgart leadership team
- Manages expenses and travel
- Calander management for the Plant Manager
- Assembles and analyzes information, prepares reports, agendas, and correspondence
- Transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations
- Researches and obtains information for reports and special assignments.
- Answers incoming phone calls for the plant and directs to the correct parties
- Greets guests and contacts appropriate party for their visit
- Assists with departmental projects.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and data manipulation preferred.
- Must be able to prioritize work on multiple tasks and maintain organization.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Keen ability to organize and prioritize duties for multiple departments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
