Job Description :
As an Infrastructure Systems Architect, you will provide leadership at the enterprise level in defining processes, technical infrastructure, and architectural standards for information systems. This role will be given a wide degree of latitude to define the solutions for Lennox International enterprise architecture needs, requiring a self-motivated and passionate individual who's ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work making things happen.
You will act as an escalation point for other members of the team. Must have a high degree of troubleshooting skills. Must be well organized, goal oriented with strong communication skills. Participate in knowledge transfer and mentor others on the team as needed. Candidate must be self-motivated, and ready to dive right in. If you want to be micro-managed. Need not apply.
Some weekend and / or after-hours work to include participation in On-Call rotation will be required.
You will be trusted to :
- Act as a project lead for new initiatives.
- Act as an escalation point for team members and other teams on issues or questions that arise.
- Participate in cross functional meetings with other teams in the organization.
- Assist with compliance requirements.
- Create documentation such as Architectural Diagrams, PowerPoints, HLD / LLD, etc.
- Create Executive / business level presentations.
- Troubleshoot issues in the environment.
- Participate in DR Exercises as needed.
- Participate and follow the Change Control process.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $120,000 - $145,000 and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.
