ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Applications Lead to join the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) Center of Excellence team, supporting Home Comfort Systems manufacturing activities. This role will bridge business needs with technological solutions, driving technology discovery, process analysis, and platform implementations to support strategic initiatives. The position requires strong leadership in business requirements definition, system development, and process improvement while collaborating with IT teams and business partners.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $109,000-142,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead and support technology implementations and process optimizations for manufacturing applications.
- Act as a liaison between business subject matter experts, IT teams, and COE resources.
- Oversee business requirements gathering, technology deployment, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage test planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment, and system communications.
- Provide technical oversight of critical business systems, manufacturing applications, and related software.
- Document and monitor policies, procedures, and system performance to ensure operational efficiency.
- Facilitate effective communication between management, IT teams, and functional site leaders.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, MIS, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), process analysis, and large-scale platform implementations.
- Proficiency in:
- MS SQL programming and administration (5 years).
- Körber One (HighJump) WA, MA, or Inductive Automation Ignition (5 years).
- Data analytics tools such as Qlik or Power BI (preferred).
- Strong understanding of IT business applications, software development life cycle, and database architecture.
- Experience in policy documentation, system monitoring, and process improvements.
- Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.
