Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As an office supervisor, the person in this position is responsible for overseeing the efficient implementation of all Regional Operations Center (RDC) administrative functions.
- Supervise and support an administrative support team.
- Work with management to ensure all safety training, documentation and postings are completed and maintained.
- Ensure all incidents and publications are communicated and posted appropriately.
- Responsible for customer service in operational issues.
- Support order management, records management and develop budgets.
- Maintain SOX key warehouse controls with direction from RDC and financial management.
- Facilitate the generation of reports, maintenance logs and assist with maintaining metrics.
- Participate in other projects as assigned.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Knows the principles and processes for providing customer services.
- This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Requires some experience with general office applications such as FAX and EDI.
- Prefer experience using SAP including using queries.
