Manager in Training Job Responsibilities:
- A strong emphasis on providing an exceptional customer service experience.
- The ability to communicate effectively promoting our monthly memberships.
- The ability to help train and develop new employees.

- The ability to work well in a team environment and individually.
- Learn to guide cars safely into the car wash tunnel, learn the operations of the tunnel and continue to practice tunnel safety.
- Strong emphasis on growing sales volume and site profitability, as well as driving business results.
- Help maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of car wash including landscaping.
- Ensure all safety procedures are being followed for guests and staff.
- Continue to learn and maintain an understanding of car wash equipment; troubleshooting and identifying maintenance issues, perform basic maintenance, and work with the maintenance teams to resolve any issues.
- Knowledge of all chemicals and the ability to make chemical transfers safely.
- Demonstrate a high level of guest satisfaction by learning to handle any inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
- Strong emphasis on sales, customer satisfaction and membership retention.
- Basic computer skills.
- Any duties assigned by leadership.

Job Requirements:
- OPEN AVAILABILITY is REQUIRED. Including weekends and holidays
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Knowledge of business management practices.
- 2 years of management or leadership experience is REQUIRED.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills; including active listening and being solution orientated.
- Strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
- The ability to stand for long periods of time.
- The ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Mechanically Inclined.
- Travel between locations for training and developmental purposes.
- The ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
