- Prospecting & Lead Generation:Identify and pursue potential clients (corporations, individuals, event planners).
- Sales Presentations:Conduct persuasive presentations showcasing the catering company's services and menu options.
- Negotiations & Contract Closure:Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize contracts with clients.
- Relationship Building:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Client Consultations:Understand client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

- Sales Reporting:Track sales performance, analyze key metrics, and generate reports.

Qualifications You’ll Bring:
- 3-5 years or preferred experience in catering and/or marketing
- A four-year college/university degree preferred
- Prior experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry preferred.
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to interact with diverse and high-volume customer base in a friendly and efficient manner
- Proficient with Microsoft applications
- Restaurant 365 a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
