- Executing all tasks assigned by the team leader or manager diligently, on schedule, and to the highest standard.
- Answering or escalating concerns and queries from clients or other stakeholders.
- Effectively manage your time by prioritizing urgent tasks.
- Assisting the manager or leam Leader as required.
- High energy with a strong work ethic.
- Personable with a natural smile.
- Outgoing.
- Guest focused.
- Positive and friendly phone presence.
- Ability to handle pressure during peak times. (lunch and dinner)
