Multiple positions from crew member, grill cook, cashier, and shift leaders are all needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments with a smile on your face and a desire to provide outstanding customer service each and every day
- Team Members must provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests in a timely and accurate manner
- Grill Cooks must manage multiple tickets with attention to accuracy and speed
- Shift Leads must have restaurant leadership experience - management preferred but not necessary - must be a natural leader, people person, empathetic, and have high character. And most importantly reliable and trustworthy.
- Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
