The Environmental Services Technician - Custodian (Part-time) performs general custodial duties related to the maintenance and cleaning of assigned buildings and facilities and performs a variety of tasks relative to the assigned area of responsibility.This position will remain open until filled.
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
High school diploma At least three (3) years custodial experience is preferredStrong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work independently but also be a team player Good communication and comprehension skillsMust have a valid NC driver’s licenseWorking ConditionsThe job is performed under some temperature extremes Moderate physical effort requiring long periods of standing, walking, and periodic lifting of 50 pounds or more Must be able to stretch, stoop, bend, and maneuver to facilitate all elements of cleaning the buildings
