Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our grounds, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. Responsibilities
- Perform regular landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscaped areas.
- Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure healthy growth.
- Conduct routine inspections of grounds to identify areas needing repair or improvement.
- Maintain garden beds by planting flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation as required.
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition through regular maintenance and repairs.
- Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools associated with lawn care and gardening.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and groundskeeping best practices is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
