About the Role:
The Inventory Optimization Manager is responsible for driving the success of the Lenox business through ownership of item-level forecasting, inventory management, and reporting/analytical functions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of retail analytics, inventory management best practices, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the item-level forecasting process, ensuring accurate and well-maintained forecasts.
- Manage inventory levels to maximize sales, minimize out-of-stocks, and improve turn.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external account planning teams to ensure item-level forecasts include the latest strategies, trends, and insights.
- Analyze data to identify opportunities for process and tool improvements.
- Develop and maintain expertise across all systems and be a resource for others.
- Contribute to S&OP and LRP processes to ensure alignment of item-level forecasts and inventory levels with the financial forecast.
