12 month Onsite Contract role. Candidate will be accountable for assisting with the instrumentation master data cleansing, documentation modification and User Acceptance Test (UAT) activities involved in the updating of the site CCMS (Computerized Calibration Management System). Pay range $ 40.00-$45.00/hour.
Lenox Executive Search is seeking an experienced Electronic Instrument Project Specialist to fill an 12 month contractual role with a global pharmaceutical company in .Swiftwater, PA. Pharma/BIotech experience required (industry or cademic).
REQUIREMENTS for the Electronic Instrument Project Specialist:
- 3- 5 Years in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical industry (can be academic).
- Must have experience with electronic instrument databases. Preference given to ProCal and SAP experience.
- Experience with CAD Engineering drawings (i.e. how to read a piping, etc.)
- Proficiency with MS Excel
- Preferred experience - implementation & instrumentation of industrial calibration or SAP
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Able/Willingness to receive the vaccines required to enter various production buildings and laboratories on site
- Able to climb ladders, stairs, and walk around a large production site as needed
- Working hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
RESPONSIBILITIES of the Electronic Instrument Project Specialist:
- Participation in cross-functional meetings
- Data mine instrument information
- Updating of master data as identified
- Contribute to the new system testing activities
- Support document updates/creations in preparation for implementation
- Assist in training activities
Ideal candidate will be familiar with:
- Knowledge of both Pharmaceutical Utility systems as well as production floor process equipment
- Calibration related activities and best practices in a pharmaceutical environment
- SAP Technical Object knowledge and experience (Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, etc.) is a plus but not required
- Large scale capital project dynamics and new program implementation
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
