You Will :
- Design, develop and maintain advanced BI reports and dashboards using tools like Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, and SSRS, ensuring high performance and compliance with business requirements.
- Optimize and maintain database structures, including complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and views, focusing on performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Business Intelligence Analysts, helping them develop their BI reporting and analysis skills.
- Work closely with the Manager of Business Intelligence Solutions to align BI strategy with business goals, ensuring efficient project execution within timelines and budgets.
- Lead the technical aspects of BI projects, from planning to deployment, including system integration, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Ensure the security and compliance of BI solutions, including data integrity and privacy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics, applying best practices to our BI environment.
