We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver (Independent Contractor) to join our team. This role involves transporting small parcels and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your schedule while ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Duties
- Operate your own car or van to transport small parcels to various locations.
- Load and unload items using a pallet jack or manual handling techniques.
- Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the delivery process.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries
- Navigate efficiently using GPS systems or maps to optimize delivery routes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial driving regulations and safety standards.
- Experience with moving and warehouse operations is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Ability toperform physical tasks as required
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.
- Must be able to pass background checks as required by the company.
