Key Responsibilities
- Process Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R) transactions
- Track fleet mileage and expenses
- Enter and process vouchers
- Reconcile cash receipts with customer accounts
- Generate and process credit memos
- Maintain accurate filing and record-keeping systems
- Perform regular follow-ups on outstanding payments and discrepancies
- 1 years of experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
