Primary Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations
- Reconciliation: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and decision-making processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2 years of financial experience, preferably in Healthcare
- SmartView and/or General Ledger experience
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, sumif, etc.)
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment
- Process improvement experience
- Proven ability to generate innovative approaches and solutions to business opportunities
- Proven ability to build solid relationships at all levels of the organization
