- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM, OT as needed
- Pay Rate:$20-24/hr paid weekly!
- Handle accounts payable (AP) by recording, tracking, and managing expenses.
- Oversee and maintain purchase orders (POs) to ensure accurate tracking.
- Process, enter, and pay invoices, verifying and securing appropriate approvals.
- Build positive donor relationships and manage donation intake processes.
- Record and reconcile donations within the CRM system accurately.
- Perform data entry, corrections, and detailed research tasks.
- Support audit preparation and assist in compiling financial reports.
- Demonstrated experience in accounting, AP processes, and managing donations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, with advanced data management skills.
- Knowledge of accounting principles in a non-profit environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations.
- Must be a follower of Jesus Christ, with a servant heart for mission and nurturing believers.
