What You Can Expect At Your Practice
- Per-diem position for Neonatal Nurse Practitioner at York Hospital supporting busy 44-bed Level III NICU
- Schedule requires 24-hour call shifts
- Join a collaborative group of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners allowing for NNP autonomy with full neonatology support
- Opportunity to work with ELGAN patients
- Utilize resources such as jet & oscillator ventilators, in-unit lactation counselors, in-unit respiratory therapists, and in-unit pharmacists
- Receive support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
- Candidate experience is a positive although providers are willing to train new NNPs to become confident, independent practitioners
