Responsibilities
- Allegro Expertise: Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Allegro platform to configure, customize, and optimize solutions for the Power and Gas business.
- Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, processes, and challenges in the Power and Gas sector.
- Solution Design: Design and implement effective technical solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging Allegro’s capabilities.
- Integration: Develop and maintain integrations between Allegro and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for Allegro-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Training and Documentation: Create and deliver training materials for end-users and technical staff.
- Document system configurations, processes, and changes thoroughly.
- Cloud: Knowledge of AWS cloud will be a plus because the Allegro instance is running on the AWS cloud Team Player
- Able to work in a multi-vendor environment including the offshore teams.
