Position Purpose
The Analyst, CRM is responsible for supporting the execution of The Company Store Email and SMS marketing programs in close collaboration with brand partners and the CRM team. Drives the campaign design, quality assurance, and list delivery preparation through Klaviyo. In this role, the Analyst will be in charge of campaign execution from beginning to end through the creation of engaging content, segmentation best practices, and effective use of our ESP.

The Analyst, CRM is responsible for supporting the execution of The Company Store Email and SMS marketing programs in close collaboration with brand partners and the CRM team. Drives the campaign design, quality assurance, and list delivery preparation through Klaviyo. In this role, the Analyst will be in charge of campaign execution from beginning to end through the creation of engaging content, segmentation best practices, and effective use of our ESP.
Key Responsibilities
- 20% Capture marketing campaign requirements through close collaboration with marketing partners
- 40% Provide marketing support, including set-up of campaigns in Unica, for small to medium size campaigns
- 40% Design, test and execute campaigns using product- and activity-based purchase triggers, segment and personalization rules to support business goals
- Position reports to Manager, CRM
- No direct reports
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Bachelors degree
- Previous retail experience strongly preferred
- Previous CRM experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience with Klaviyo or other ESP
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
