U.S. Salary Range
$147,000.00 - $202,500.00
The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.

Key Requirements
- Fib and metrology expert
- Develop innovative solutions and qualify the new techniques and application using FIB tools
- Evaluate FIB tools capability. Define and implement the solutions to address the gaps
- Complex problem-solving; ability to take a new perspective on existing solutions
- Develop and publish best known method (BKM) procedures including, sample preparation (filling, coating) and Fib conditions.
- Develop robust methodology for quality and TPT improvement including on tool automation
- Develop analytic methods and generate summary, conclusion and insights from the results
- Interfaces with the customer regarding technical requirements, analysis and schedule
- Bachelor or Master Engineering degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electronics or Material Science
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in handling Dual beam FIB, EDX, Sample Preparation tools
- Understand Semiconductor devices, structures and processes
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills, in-depth troubleshooting capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Programming skills is a plus
- Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
