Position: Associate Application Support
Work from home position: The schedule is 40 hours. 12pm ET- 830pm ET
Position Includes
- Primary responsibility- answer phone/chat support requests and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by identifying the cause and offering effective solutions.
- Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Assist Product Success team in coordinating and executing all activities related to web, online and platform/tool initiatives
- Manage and solve Help Desk tickets on a national level
- Technologically proficient. Familiarity with various operating systems on PCs, and ability to navigate basic computer software and hardware issues
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and effectively train on marketing technology and tools
- Support national initiatives and product roll-outs
- Provide clear support to agents using our company tools
- Serve in critical quality assurance role on core product suite
- Assist with other duties as assigned
- 1-2 years digital marketing experience
- Prior customer service experience strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to change gears quickly to support different customers
- Must be well-organized, process/detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Customer-focused and delivery-oriented
- Team player and an excellent communicator who can work with a variety of people at various levels throughout the company
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member
- Can work autonomously, proactively identifying and impacting opportunities while also identifying and resolving issues
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, perform under pressure, and be flexible with changing business needs
- Ability to manage and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to learn new software programs
