Seeking an Avature Junction Integrations Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Avature and other systems. This scope requires a deep understanding of integration technologies and a strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Rate: $75 - $85/ hr. w2
Responsibilities
W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.

Responsibilities
- Integration Development: Design, develop, and implement integrations between Avature and various external systems using Avature Junction.
- System Analysis: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for integration solutions.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of integration solutions to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve integration issues in a timely manner to minimize system downtime.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering, business and other stakeholders to understand integration needs and provide technical support.
- This person needs to have experience with Avature integration
- Experience with HR systems and processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based integration platforms.
- Proficiency in integration technologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data formats.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
