Schedule: Thursday-Sunday 10:00am-10:00pm

Location/Setting:Fort Walton Beach 32548

Age Range: Young Adult

Acuity:Feeding Tube

Patient 2

Schedule: Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-11:00pm

Location/Setting:Fort Walton Beach 32547

Age Range: Child

Acuity:Feeding Tube

Patient 3

Schedule: Sunday/Tuesday/Saturday 7:00pm-7:00am

Location/Setting:Fort Walton Beach 32548

Age Range: Child

Acuity:High, Trach/Vent

Qualifications  

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days  
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
