Internship location: intern role will split time between Chicago, IL and Wyomissing, PA.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities
- Participate in the daily operations of Berkshire dairy to support sales, trading, risk management, accounting, logistics and customer service,
- Support customer service in management of accounts
- Data entry for customer service team
- Assisting logistics team setting up freight for customers
- Assist accounting team as they invoice customers
- Learn about milk pricing, dairy market conditions and price risk management tools
- Work on impactful projects relating customers and internal business units
- Tasks involve utilizing our systems/databases, and analyzing data.
- Gain exposure to other parts of DFA’s operations through trainings and DFA internship events
The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with a focus in Business, Economics or related field.
