Our client, a leader in the building supplies industry, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the sales department supporting the customer service team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent technical abilities, and a resourceful mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Location: Columbia, SC

Pay Range: $16.00

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide product information on building supplies such as sheet rock, trim, lumber, and panels.
  • Utilize strong administrative skills to manage customer orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Learn and navigate the company’s sales system effectively to provide timely support.
  • Develop resourcefulness and independence in solving customer issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
