Job Summary: The Specialist, Brand Marketing Content will be responsible for supporting content and branding strategies within the Coldwell Banker brand marketing team. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing and has exposure to all functions of the marketing team and involvement with Coldwell Banker Realty and agency partners through partnered programs. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in creative design, and a passion for executing marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities
- Development of marketing creative in line with brand identity standards to support adoption and engagement with company materials and campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Flyers, brochures, social graphics, etc. using Canva and InDesign
- Presentation decks
- Activation guides
- Work with creative agency partner to develop and maintain marketing materials.
- Collaborate with communications, PR, social media and field marketing teams to develop and execute strategies to promote various company campaigns and initiatives.
- Support branding efforts at local and national company events, including but not limited to:
- Promotional materials
- Onsite signage
- Attendee experiences
- Sponsor/exhibitor relationships
- Contribute to the production and execution of virtual events, including presentation development and delivery.
- Support relationships with print marketing, branded merchandise, and other vendor partners as it relates to inventory, product lines, product promotion, invoicing and optimizing user experiences for agents and brokers.
- Collaborate with team members to collect, analyze and present reporting on campaign performance, content adoption, and event attendee feedback.
- Proficiency in Canva and InDesign required, experience with Illustrator and Figma a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of marketing experience required, direct experience in design and content creation. Design backgrounds are a priority.
- Proficient with Office 365 suite of products especially Teams, PPT, and Excel
- Must have excellent organizational skills and can effectively communicate across multiple platforms
- Ability to collaborate well across small and large project teams
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Demonstrated relationship building skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
- This role is 100% remote
