Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Provide first-line support for enterprise business applications, addressing user inquiries and resolving technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation, testing, and deployment of new software applications and system updates.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments (Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations) to understand their business needs and ensure applications meet their requirements.
- Maintain application documentation, including user guides, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to support integrations between business applications and other NASCAR technology systems.
- Conduct training sessions and create instructional materials to enhance user adoption and efficiency.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to recommend improvements and optimizations.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong project management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications (ERP, CRM, HRIS, or other corporate systems).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, or reporting tools (Smartsheet, Power BI, Tableau) is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
