What's the Job?
- Gather, review, analyze, evaluate, and collaborate to support the production of business and technical requirements.
- Document and maintain functional and technical requirements for various projects.
- Facilitate clear and concise written and verbal communication with all levels of internal and third-party business and technical project teams.
- Act as the liaison between product development teams and business teams.
- Participate as a key subject matter expert in technology project teams within the enterprise space.
- 2 years of formal or on-the-job business (systems) analysis training and experience.
- General knowledge of Tax, Treasury, Banking, and Accounting operations.
- Experience in Life Insurance and Annuities.
- Ability to produce and decipher technical use cases, user stories, and process flows.
- Familiarity with SAP and Kyriba is a plus.
