What's the Job?
- Serve as system administrator for the MagentaBuilt, Scopeworker, and/or Talon environments.
- Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks.
- Work independently with members of the user community to define and document functional and technical requirements.
- Analyze potential solutions and recommend improvements.
- Provide user support, including responding to user tickets and providing user training.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Experience with deployment tools such as MagentaBuilt, Scopeworker, or Talon is preferred.
- Understanding of telecom and the cell site build process is helpful.
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on deployment tools and other technical systems.
- Experience managing systems analyst work end-to-end, including requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and user support.
