The Work
Our CMT's partner with our licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, and carryout resident care plans. Duties include:
- Medication administration
- Assisting residents with daily living activities in assisted living
- Providing resident care and reporting resident information/needs to charge nurse
- Answering resident calls and requests for assistance
- Serving food and beverages to ensure proper resident nutrition
- Assisting residents in mobility and transport activities
- Collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of resident care
- Supporting resident safety and satisfaction by performing regular rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service
