The Systems Analyst - Dept Specialist Is Responsible For
- Providing technical support for Information Technology-related issues within designated health system areas, ensuring efficient operations and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer daily operations to deliver superior technical assistance, troubleshoot system/application issues, and offer tailored solutions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback, collaborating with teams to enhance systems and workflows.
- Develop and maintain dashboards for clinical institutes, lab pharmacy supplies, and maintenance operations, while participating in project management activities from inception through to completion.
