What's the Job?
- Conduct testing of Cisco lines to ensure optimal performance and reliability
- What's Needed?
- Deep hands-on experience with Call Manager, Unity Connection, and supporting infrastructure.
- Strong VOIP testing experience with Cisco applications.
- 5 years of experience in the collaboration space, preferably in a large enterprise network.
- Sound working knowledge of SRTP, RTP, Opus, SCCP, and SIP protocols.
- Familiarity with technology trends in networking and collaboration voice/video systems.
