CNCBURNER/OPERATOR: We have an immediate need for an experienced CNCburner/operator. Key functions of your role will be tomanufacture burned parts following pre-programmed schematics and dimensions,with a strong focus on quality and keeping the level of work consistent.Experience with nesting inOmniWinsoftware highly preferable. Essential Dutiesand Responsibilities

• Set upplasma and oxyfuel burning table and select materials that are required for each work order
• Independently operate CNC machines following the guidelines of our production programmer
• Efficiently nest work orders for maximum production
• Manage all plate inventory, with respect to job charging materials and maintaining accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality production at all timesin addition to proper operation ofequipment
• Maintain traceability on all jobs
• Mark materials and package parts
• Ensure quality and quantity standards are met on a daily/consistent basis
• Keep work area clean andorganized at all times
• Perform all daily/weekly/monthlymaintenance on equipment
• Always comply with safety protocol
• Comply with policiesrelated to quality of work at all times
  
  

Required Experience/Skills

• Minimumof 3years of experience operatingCNC burn table.
• Basic math skills
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use measuring tools such as dial calipers, O.D and I.D. micrometers, bore gauges.
