- Accessing and cleaning data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Performing statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns within the data.
- Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities.
- Collaborating with business users to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for creating and managing data visualizations.
- Strong SQL querying skills to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python.
- Understanding of the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules.
- A proven track record of working independently to drive data quality and normalization.
