Sr Data Governance Analyst
The Sr. Data Governance Analyst plays a critical role in developing and supporting an enterprise-wide data and analytics governance program. This role works closely with business stakeholders, data stewards, and IT teams to develop standards, policies, and processes that ensure the reliability, usability, security, and compliance of data and analytics assets.

Minimum Qualifications
Education Level:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Field of Study/Area of Experience:Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:8-10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related field.

Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and other legal requirements related to data management.
- Design data structures that support and deliver capability aligned to and enforcing data governance.
- Document and maintain data standards, partnering with functional and business data owners.
- Identify potential data risks and vulnerabilities and recommend mitigation strategies to protect data integrity and security.
- Generate reports on data quality metrics, compliance status, and data governance adherence to inform decision-making.
- Perform data profiling and database structure research to understand relevant data elements along with their definitions and use.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
