Lockheed Martin Space in King of Prussia, PA seeks a Deputy Program Manager IV for the Depot Reentry Support Equipment Program (DRSERP), reporting directly to the Senior Program manager. DRSERP is a key modernization program to replace aging Electrical Ground Support Equipment used to test and validate Reentry System/Reentry Vehicle components for MMIII.
Summary of Key Duties: In this role you will….
Although this position does support some teleworking, the selected candidate will be located near our King of Prussia facility and be expected to work in the office as needed and as appropriate.
This position is contingent upon program contract award expected by June 2025

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

- Be responsible for supporting the lifecycle management of all aspects of the design, development, procurement, systems integration, test, and production support.
- Engage regularly with customers through Program Management Reviews, TIMs & design reviews.
- Control monthly/weekly business rhythms with the internal team and serve as a cost account manager for the program office

Basic Qualifications
- Project Management experience
- Experience with the following principles: Earned Value Management, risk and opportunity management, integrated planning
- Experience interfacing with and presenting to program senior leadership and/or customers
- MS Office Suite
- Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance
- Active Secret security clearance
- Demonstrated technical leadership (formal or informal) to cross functional teams
- Familiarity with SAP and supply chain processes
- Prior experience managing a Firm Fixed Price program
- Results-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and management skills
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary environment
