Preferred Experience: Bachelor degree is preferred. Technical School and experience is acceptable in lieu of degree. Prefer experience in maintaining/trouble shooting desktop and laptop computers and basic understanding of the Windows Operating System and TCP/IP networking is required. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency

What’s the Job?
- Repairs, maintains, and installs computer hardware such as peripheral equipment and systems..
- Provides technical assistance to computer system users.
- Answers questions to resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or from remote locations.
- Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
- Provides training on hardware and software to users in classroom and one-on-one situations..
