Job Description
As a Dimensional Verifier, you will be responsible for recording data either manually or by computer as required. You will read and apply information per work instructions, competently operate and maintain the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) unit within /- .001", and verify specified dimensions of products or materials. Additionally, you will reject defective parts, mark castings, and record deviations on associated maps/AQL's, ensuring castings conform to blueprint specifications. Compliance with all company attendance policies, guidelines, and occasional overtime is required. Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment
Work in a large industrial manufacturing environment with over 500 people. The facility can get hot from machinery and some areas are not climate controlled. The workplace features a mix of older and newer equipment.

- Blend castings to ensure conformance to blueprint specifications.
- Comply with all company attendance policies and guidelines, including regular attendance and occasional overtime.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Production supervision
- Production management
- Dimensional inspection
- Ability to inspect metal castings for dimensional conformance using hard point, CMM, Ultrasonic gauge (UT), and handheld measuring devices.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Record data manually or by computer as required.
- Competent operation and maintenance of CMM unit within /- .001".
- Verify specified dimensions of products or materials.
- Reject defective parts and mark castings.
- Blend castings to conform to blueprint specifications.
- Experience with CMM Machine, p.c., dial indicators, drills, press, heat torch, machine operation, safety, and inventory.
