Job Summary
Responsible for the financial and business functions of assigned Ambulatory Services clinics, to include the development and maintenance of operational budgets, monthly operational budget variance reporting, contracting, capital budgeting and procurement, monitoring and identifying key performance indicators and identifying ways to improve them, HR functions, CDM development and maintenance, exploring and identifying new business opportunities, special projects, and developing business plans. Establishes administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective fiscal operations, medical records systems, billing and collections, and front-office clinical activities. The Director of Business Operations is responsible for guiding Ambulatory Services towards an efficient, productive and customer friendly environment.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 5 years progressive experience in an administrative/supervisory capacity; or a masters degree with major in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration and at least 3 years in an administrative/supervisory capacity.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree and 5 years of progressive experience in an Ambulatory Care setting.
