The Director of Engineering – Telecommunications will lead and oversee all engineering activities, with a focus on growing the company's portfolio and expanding into new service areas. This role requires a forward-thinking leader who is capable of managing complex engineering projects and contributing to the development of design and permitting services.

What You'll Do
- Oversee and manage the engineering department, ensuring successful project execution and operational efficiency.
- Lead and expand the company's expertise in desktop, surveys, and walkouts, and spearhead the transition into design and permitting services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and ensure that engineering strategies align with overall business goals.
- Actively develop new client relationships and foster growth within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to engineering teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license(Preferred)
- Proven experience in telecommunications, engineering and management.
- Strong knowledge of desktop services, surveys, walkouts, design, and permitting processes.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and client relationship-building skills.
- Experience with business development and expanding service offerings.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and growing environment.
