Job Description
Coordinates driver assignments for various tasks and ensures appropriate routes are chosen.
Oversees general resource allocation and ensures necessary personnel and equipment are available.
Keeps in touch with drivers and addresses various operational needs.
Reviews records and ensures processes are followed with minimal discrepancies.
Monitors working hours in line with relevant regulations.
Ensures smooth operations by optimizing vehicle routes with minimal oversight.
Handles various forms of communication between internal and external parties.
Participates in after-hours support rotation when needed.
Identifies and resolves potential issues before they escalate.
Communicates with relevant teams to address operational challenges.
Keeps track of key operational information and ensures adherence to guidelines.
Maintains professionalism in interactions across the board.
Raises any concerns regarding performance or operations to appropriate channels.
Works With Others To Support Company Policies And Procedures.
Assists with new system implementation and training where necessary.
Supports a positive company environment through collaboration.
Job Requirements
Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written.
Self-sufficient, with a proactive and positive attitude.
Good organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.
Capable of guiding others to ensure follow-through on assignments.
Takes responsibility for both personal and team compliance with regulations and policies.
Comfortable with or able to quickly learn necessary operational systems.
Able to manage fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
General understanding of industry practices.
Familiar with common office tools.
Basic Education Required, With Relevant Experience Preferred.
At least a few years of experience in a related field.
Relevant education or experience in transportation or logistics is a plus.
