Your Impact
- Provide comprehensive management of construction administration projects.
- Review and update project documentation.
- Maintain logs of contract documents and project records.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Process contractor pay estimates.
- Upload documents to the project's construction management document control site.
- Review certified payroll and other documentation for compliance.
- Assist with submittal reviews for compliance with contract documents.
- Assist with review of material test reports for contract compliance.
- Review material submittals for contract compliance.
- Assist with responses to contractor submittals and Requests for Information (RFIs).
- Exercise responsible and ethical decision-making regarding company funds, resources and conduct, and adhere to WSP’s Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures.
- Perform additional responsibilities as required by business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 7 years of experience
- Experiences with ODOT Construction Administration Specialist responsibilities
- Analytical mindset with an ability to exercise sound judgement in evaluating situations and making decisions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with others, expressing ideas effectively and professionally to a technical and non-technical audience.
- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP’s health, safety and drug/alcohol and harassment policies
- Valid state Driver's license
- Must successfully complete and pass WSP’s Motor Vehicle screening
- Bachelor’s Degree in closely related discipline is preferred.
- Experience with construction administration duties on large construction projects
- Experience with Labor Compliance and verification of Certified Payrolls
