Key Responsibilities
- Learning and Development: Participate in structured training programs to develop skills and knowledge related to manufacturing processes and operations.
- Production Support: Assist with manufacturing, procurement, quality and logistics.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions and decision-making processes.
- Process Improvement: Support the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations in the manufacturing environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any issues to supervisors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
- Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Currently serving in the military and eligible for the Department of Defense SkillBridge program.
- Experience in manufacturing or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a civilian work environment.
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
