We are currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Electrical Engineering Manager in our Spindale, NC home office. $15,000 Sign On Bonus
Education/Training
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering for large commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Other relevant experience in project engineering, project management, project controls, pre-fabrication, or estimating will also be considered.

Education/Training
- High School diploma or GED required
- Associate’s degree and/or Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred
- Relevant licenses or certifications preferred
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering for large commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Other relevant experience in project engineering, project management, project controls, pre-fabrication, or estimating will also be considered.
Specific Skills/Duties/Proficiencies
- Read, interpret, and apply construction documents, drawings, designs, and schematics
- Develop designs and specifications for components of the electrical scope of work on commercial and industrial construction projects
- Identify and implement opportunities for engineered solutions to installation issues
- Experience and proficiency in the use of pre-fabrication for electrical systems installations
- Help drive the efficiency and productivity of electrical installations on commercial construction projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam, ProCore, and/or ConEst
- Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team
- Effectively manage an 8-10 person engineering department and support its further growth
- Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation
- Must be willing and able to relocate and/or commute to our Spindale, NC office location
