Primary Responsibilities
- Handle day to day service related issues for key accounts 100 employee groups
- Assist producers in analytics and data analysis on key groups
- Coordinate components of self-funded clients including stop loss RFP's, ASO agreements, wellness and cost containment programs
- Assist in coordination of quarterly meetings, including claim reviews, of key accounts
- Coordination with actuaries on self-funded groups
- Help with open enrollment timelines and meetings for key groups
- Attend planning and board meetings with producers on key accounts
- Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of renewals, changes, transactions, etc.
- Maintain cordial and effective relationship with clients, co-workers, carriers, vendors, and other business contacts
- Keep informed regarding industry information, new product information, legislation, coverages, and technology to continuously improve knowledge and performance
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and proprietary information
- Utilize and manage technical products and applications
- Must maintain a General Lines Life & Health license
- College education or equivalent insurance experience
- Knowledge of insurance products and usages.
- Ability to communicate and understand orally and in writing with others; explain complex or abstract issues, receive, and interpret complex information and respond appropriately
- Strong presentation skills including preparation, execution, and delivery of materials
