As a Manager - Environmental Health and Safety you will partner with the business to implement and oversee the organization's environmental, health and safety programs and procedures to safeguard employees and surrounding communities. You will assist with the administration of policies, procedures, and regulators to verify that managers and employees in functional areas follow established procedures and comply with federal, state and local regulations. You will be supporting either the Eastern or Western US.

Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implements departmental initiatives with the goal of improving EHS performance.
- Interface and collaborate with internal and external customers, establishing strong working relationships, and driving leadership and culture around EH&S and business performance.
- Enhance communication by promoting knowledge sharing between the EH&S team and the business with the goal of reducing hazards and risks.
- Improve and communicate opportunities to improve culture and adherence to regulations and procedures.
- Assist with the development and tracking of performance metrics and scorecards to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of EHS performance and partner with the business to design and implement corrective actions.
- Contribute towards various non-routine responsibilities, projects, and company growth initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or related scientific or technical field required.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience of performing and managing teams or projects focused on EH&S.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience of personal subject matter expertise or credentials (PE, CSP, CIH, etc.)
