Position Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities
- Processes incoming/outgoing shipments and identifies discrepancies
- Escalates critical issues to the appropriate level and engages with the correct stakeholders
- Leads coordination and confirmation of receipt/shipping documentation for internal/external customers
- Serves as point of contact for prioritizing incoming/outgoing shipments
- Develops solutions to mitigate errors
- Transports material and delivers within the local metro area in a variety of non-commercially rated vehicles
- Must have the ability to operate various material handling equipment; manual and electric pallet jacks, various classes of forklifts, electric carts (training will be provided)
- Performs stock retrieval and put away processes
- Performs inventory counts and maintains accurate inventory records in SAP warehouse and inventory management system
- May provide support to various Supply Chain functions such as inventory audits, event support, and office moves
- Adjudicated Counterintelligence / Full Scope Polygraph
- 1 years’ experience with warehouse or logistics operations
- Customer support or customer service experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Capable of lifting up to 35lbs on a frequent basis
- 2 years’ experience with warehouse or logistics operations
- Experience with supply chain services
- Experience operating forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Experience operating box trucks
