Job Description
We Deliver the Goods:
Works as a business liaison with IT in the Finance space for projects and support. Facilitates the development of Finance-based systems and helps users in day-to-day support and process issues. Develops business requirements for various initiatives and ensures the requirements are met by the project. Works in blueprint, design, build and testing of system initiatives and uses business acumen to ensure product delivered meets the business needs and has requisite functionality and usability. Manage direct report(s) as assigned in the Finance area supporting various systems such as SAP, TM1, and Power BI.
Works with various stakeholders in the business and IT in order to help prioritize enhancements, break-fix, and project work based on business needs and value. Uses business acumen to ensure various projects and initiatives are meeting the business need and business case.
Leads requirements-gathering exercises to ensure business needs are met. Communicates to stakeholders, answers related questions from the business users and facilitates change management activities
Participates in testing of project results and actively works with business and IT to correct defects. Is a critical member of go-live support
Validates business needs with software limitations, suggests enhancements where applicable. Contributes to SOX compliance efforts and supports role owners in the periodic recertification processes. This includes running/designing access reports(s) and answering questions and giving guidance as it relates to system security models.
Understands and works within current IT landscape, being mindful of the future project listing and required integration, makes suggestions to support current and future design.
Effectively communicates to leaders the purpose, challenges and overall status of assigned projects and support issues
Performs system related responsibilities such as budget loads, mapping of new accounts and cost centers, and other activities as assigned.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4-6 years' experience
- Accounting and/or Finance background, SAP, TM1, Power BI or other financial reporting and planning tools
- Proven track record of problem solving and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage small teams and effective time management skills
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities.
